Download Diablo the ISO version (631MB). The RIP version is Diablo already installed in a folder, both the music ambiances and voices are missing. The 'Belzebub mod works great too, it's a no-CD patch that comes with few add-ons and gaming improvements. It slightly differs from the original Diablo but you cannot install and play Hellfire.

(I am new here and have no idea if I am violating rules by posting this) Hi there, lately I had an urge to play Diablo 1, and so I tried to get it and I prevailed! Just download from this link: https://archive.org/details/Diablo_1996_Blizzard then download the ISO image file (572 MB), then use some sort of iso mounting software to make a virtual drive and then launch the game and there you have it! Diablo 1! There isn't any malware or viruses with it, and if you can't figure out how to properly do this just comment and I will be glad to answer your question :D also tell me if you experience any issues with running the game after you mount and ill be glad to help, also if you are on mac all you have to do is get wineskin and run it that way through a windows emulator.

EDIT: For those of you interested in engaging in jolly cooperation, you can! If you and your buddies are all on the same connection you can play LAN, and you can use a VPN program i'd presume to play with your buds that aren't.
