Hey all, I commission as an Army officer in 2 weeks. My initial training will be in Ft. Benning (Armor Basic Officer Leadership Course). I was maxing out the Army PFT but fell into a half assed gym bro funk for about a year. I ship out in November and am looking for some solid routines/programs to get me up to snuff in areas such as Rucking and 12 minute 2 mile run time/ 100 PU/ 120 Situps. I leave mid November, any advice is appreciated. Its unfortunate this sub is not more active!

I am in need of a tried-and-true program to get my numbers up by FY2018 in order to 300 my APFT. My current program has stalled on my gains. This doesn't even have to be for ranger school; this could apply to 160th SOAR as well which I was looking into.
I am just looking for something new that is proven and tested. Time and determination/motivation for PT are not an issue because I go to the gym everyday.
